As a performer I’m available for corporate special events, arts and cultural events, family friendly belly grams, cultural education programs and special occasions calling for a modern celebratory folk dancer, theatrical American belly dancer or fortune card reader.  My favorite shows are belly dance crash courses at women’s or couples gatherings - beginning with a performance and ending with a group lesson (if guys are present I teach them to be the drummers on the hostess’ pans or Tupperware).   I am also available for Nonprofit themed special events or parties, First Friday Art Shows, wedding receptions (shamadan available), birthday parties (adult or a children's belly dance party crash course), anniversary or retirement parties and as a restaurant entertainer.  Sorry, no bachelor parties.  

Group Performance Options

I book a limited number of reduced-fee shows annually to give my performing students, Ciccia Bella Student Troupe, the opportunity to flex their performance muscles.   

For professional opportunities that require a larger number of experienced performers, I am the Artistic Director of Barefoot Muse Belly Dance (an ongoing collaborative effort of local teachers and professional level dancers who come together for project work).  

Coming soon:  Wild Sweet Orange Dance Theatre (focusing on the theatrical and experimental fringes of belly dance and performance art) and Shakti Dances (as yet undefined higher level student troupe)

Rates

Individual or troupe shows can be booked. Individual rates begin at $150.  Shamadan or other fire tools, travel, performance with live musician(s), troupe performance and nightclub rates will be higher and negotiated individually customized to the client’s needs.
